Members of Parish Ministry Teams may find the following questions useful for evaluating the extent to which the vision of Becoming Ministering Communities in Mission has been shared with the congregations, and is evident in parish communications:

1. To what extent would members of the congregations be able to articulate the vision of Becoming Ministering Communities in Mission? What kind of teaching opportunities could be offered to help people to understand the vision?

2. To what extent would members of the congregations and visitors be aware of the collaborative nature of lay and ordained leadership in the Parish if they looked at:
a. Parish signage;
b. the Parish website;
c. Parish advertising;
d. Parish pew slip and newsletters.

3. To what extent would members of the congregations and visitors be able to identify the key ministry areas of the Parish, and the intention of each of these ministry areas if they looked at:
a. the Parish website;
b. Parish publications;
c. Noticeboards in Parish buildings.
