The Music and Liturgy Ministry Skills Stream will have something for everyone involved in Church Music from Parish Priests to members of the congregation.

Nine sessions are involved in the programme and will cover topics which include the history of music in worship, selecting music for the liturgy, children and music, traditional music, contemporary music, the use of technology in worship, composing music for worship, the theology of the hymns we sing and music for Diocesan occasions.

A series of guest presenters will be involved in delivering the program. The Stream will be largely practical in style and is open to people of all musical abilities.
