This Ministry Skills Stream aims to develop awareness of the nature and context of leadership within churches.

On completion of this Ministry Skills Stream participants will be able to:
- Recognise the essential components of leadership within churches;
- Be acquainted with diagnostic resources to assist churches to fulfil their mission as churches;
- Understand the nature of change as a key ingredient and consequence of effective leadership;
- Reflect on Jesus as leader, the concepts and styles of leadership arising from his ministry;
- Understand themselves as a leader.
